Land Ahoy

Oh excitement plus! It is the 30th April and this morning we finally saw the tip of the Eyre Peninsular, a mere shadow on the horizon. After half an hour of indecision on my part and scepticism on Peter’s it was established that it was actually land. This morning we saw an albatross scratching its ear in flight and it must have been very itchy as it kept up the scratching for ages. Two exciting events in one morning!
